fail sms and fail call on iPhone 6

What to do ? I cannot make calls and no sms. My mobile network does not work. Before I upgrade I could make calls and sms if I go out from my house but not now after upgrade. Shall I downgrade and jailbreak or what ??? Please help me beforeI got nuts.
