My tether still works. I didnt have to reapply the carrier settings either. its just still there under network and it still works. awesome.

any word on the wifi fix? ive had wifi problems ever since i updated to 3.0 and my 3g was way faster than my wif at home and i never use bluetooth. its always off.

FWIW an ATT worker told me ATT will intro tethering for $50 a month. Dont upgrade if you want free tethering

If I update to 3.1 and it unjailbreaks my phone, does that mean I also lose all of the tweaks and apps that I have installed?

I had to restore my iphone because it froze when it was rebooting, by doing that it stalled the new updated so I can´t jailbroke it now, Any help?

The same thing happened to me Robert, I tried to install a MMS app on Cydia, my phone hung during reboot, so I attached cable not even knowing that Apple had a new update and hot restore, walked away to get something to eat out of the kitchen, and when I returned hell was in my house.

Dear friends..I just upgraded iphone to ver 3.1(latest)...and then after I reformat my PC..All my songs in itune 9 were wiped clean..How can I put back my SONGS/VIDEO...from iphone back to itune?I used to use ImTOO iphone tranfer or other software to copy back songs from iphone back to itune but now it was not working..pls help...thks
