All you have to do is put your song in Garageband and than go into the Share menu and click "Share ringtone with iTunes". It exports it to iTunes and shows up for you to Sync.

with all due respect...what is 30 secs good for?
with my old motorola razr i had mp3s as ringtones, or even if modified, i could have 1 minute long ringtones....
i really hope that apple wants to extend the length of a ringtone. 30 secs is just too short for me ;)

Never will buy a ring tone when theirs many free sites out there that let you download ring tones in iphone format.
