AT&T Deactivates 'View My Message' Ahead of Activation of MMS for iPhone Users
MMS will finally be available to iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS users in a couple of days from now. In preparation for this activation, AT&T today sent out a text message to its customers that they are deactivating the 'View My Message' workaround that let MMS recipients view the message...

I haven't recieved this message either. But I am a fam plan and use swirly mms.

I didn't get the text message either but I used the back and updated my carrier settings a while back but couldn't get mms to work but tethering did. As if last night, I was sent a picture message and it popped up on my lock screen!
I think non-hacked phones will have to download an update or carrier settings to get the mms option on the phone because once I did the hack, the camera icon appeared right next to the text input line.

Sorry about the typos I generally access this site via iPhone.

if any one has a 3.0 or 3.0.1 jailbroken and still hasnt got mms jus install da mms and tethering settings via the sinfuliphone repo works like a charm -
I have not received the test message. Also, I hacked mine, but it still doesn't work. It gets to about 95% and then just sits there. Hope it works in a couple of days!

AT&T... what a crap company. all I hear about this telephone company is how it continues to screw with its customers. here in Japan, I use softbank, and though far from perfect, it has never messed with me anywhere in my contract and usability. what the hell? why are all the AT&T users putting up with this crap? I have MMS from the get go with my iPhone 3G... never a problem. what is so complicated? if AT&T can't handle thetraffic on their server or whatever, they should bloody well quit and let other companies handle this. it is blatantly obvious that this company can not. and for the life of me, I can't understand why amercican consumers keep going on and on about it ad do nothing, except work around these issues with hacks. come on... this is one helluvan expensive aparatus... why do you guys waste you time with this crappy company? sue the hell out of it... american always do, don't they? this is a perfect opportunity to do exactly that.

AT&T suck more then a gay man

So what does this mean for the iPhone 2g users? Obviously the AT&T Network is not going to allow MMS without user 'hacking'. So is the site still going to be available for them? And I have yet to get a text stating the website was going to go away in lieu of the MMS launching Friday...
