From a security/privacy perspective you should ask yourself if you really want to store files (docs, images, etc.) on their (DropBox') server?
Or can you sync files between your desktop and iPhone directly and without the use of DropBox infrastructure?

This is the most important question as far as i'm concerned. If its possible to sync directly between PC and iPhone, then it'll b the app of the year, but if not, I don't want to push my pictures to the cloud. (its way 2 far from where I am)
