If you like Expose feature on the Mac then find out if you want it on your iPhone. Folks at Ocean Observations, a design house from Sweden have come up with a concept video that shows how a homescreen expose feature can be introduced on the iPhone to let users...

rather that then the gay serch thing they have
-
it would b both jordan if you look at it, it still has the search thing at the top.... which is a good thing if your looking for a particular song or whatnot

This crap is why the iPhone has 128mb of memory and can't launch the sms app in under 6 seconds.
How about we quit the gooooey apple crap and worry about functionality. What is seamless when apple sews together worthless effects, sacrificing performance for aesthetics.
I could care less how nice the animation effects look when I open/close an application, open up a new interface, touch a key, or try to use the phone.Just do it quickly and consistently.

Why can't they design it so the Apps used most frequently "float" to the 1st home page? That way, they "self-organize" based on frequency of use. In this case, those that fall to the back page, may eventually get deleted (since you never use them!).

BRILLIANT IDEA, THE IPHNE LACKS A HOME SCREEN CONCEPT AND THIS IS A GOOD ONE, IT WOUD BE NICE IF IT COULD BE LIKE HTC HERO BUT WITH ALL THE IPHONE APPS AND SCREEN QUALITY

The expose concept is good on the mac.I like to have similar one on my iPhone. It was wonderful homescreen concept.

@roger
sounds like you need a blackberry then -
@majorbb100, I have been looking to trade up and away from this phone. The functionality isn't quite there for many of the basic smart phone features. The storm looks like a worthy investment.

Some people have problems remembering the names of apps they might have and therefore rely on images to remember. Therefore, the search function of the iPhone is useless in that case. I would definitely find this particular feature (if it were to become available) very helpful indeed. -ioxon

Icons would be too small!! I do not want to do guess work in that multiple small pages.. instead i will remember the name.. and do spotlight search... boom!!
-
omg cool cool cool cool cool cool cool!!
-
Go do it then.
-
My sms app just launched in about 2 seconds from touching the icon to being able to type... phone has been on without restart for 2-3 days.
-
well if u care a lot about functionality, and not much about animation a textberry is perfect for you :|
..people these days...

How about viewing options?
List, small icons, large icons, details...
Perhaps even a place to use custom names while using a list view so you don't have to remember which list maker/todo app you are using is for your groceries as opposed your christmas list. -
If I close the app and relaunch it instantly I get 2 sec too, @Rcas. We call that cache.
Don't get me wrong @nick. I like the browser functionality of the iPhone because it is unparalleled. Additionally, the Storm has no Wifi and I need that.
All I am saying is that the iPhone is a marvel of hardware wrapped in an ascetically ridiculous OS. The Apple laptops can support it buy the iPhone does not support it or need to. At the end of they day it is a smart phone not a GPU.
So quit the graphics.

That is a horrible idea. no offense Dave..
But Personally, It is not inconvenient to naviagate the way it is now..
Yall people are too damn spoiled? If apps just "floated: around ... people would constantly be searching for the app they want becuase they "thought" they knew where it was.. thats way more of a hassle than 5-9 finger swipes..

typing out the first few letters anyways....
