I laughed out loud when he said its quite fast over 3g. Not that he is lieing but 3g is scarce in my area that i
turn off my 3g. I guess this app would be good for people who have good 3g in their area.

I'm not worried about AT&T trying to stop this app because music files are typically 3-4 mb and other apps such as Tap Tap Revenge have you download songs for more playtime over 3G anyway. Apple on the other hand may not approve this because it competes with iTunes. Songs at 10 cents?? I can afford that!
