WHy are people complaining? I have had great service with att. Its better than any other carrier i have had, even verizon which has NO service in my area! I keep a signal with att when i drive 4 hours to go home from wv to nc ALL THE WAY! I did one time have a problem with data service for about a week at my house, but they credited my account $125! Thats customer service and thats why i stay!
