best jailbreak app out there. WOW is all I can say. non-jailbreakers are missing out! right now I am facebook chatting with someone, writing this post, and playing pandora--all I have to do is double click home screen button for beautiful interface of app switching (granted my battery will drain fast but STILL).

As the jailbreak is to iPhone, the ProSwitcher is as to the jailbreak.

I wasn't a fan of this. I like backgrounder a lot better. Just my preference.

Bill you have me confused. You need backgrounder to run ProSwitcher. Or did you mean you like backgrounder without ProSwitcher? Or that you liked multiflow better then ProSwitcher?

So, I had the beta version installed, but cydia didn't find any update. What do I do to get the update?

That's what I want to no. I downloaded the beta on rock. Well I'm going to check if rock updates it for me or I'll do it myself.

Ran a test in Bta and assume it will still hold true. 10 Apps running (and yes, it will dispaly the 10 cards)on 100% battery pluged in to the wall. Two apps are GPS based (Google maps and AroundMe), Two internet streaming (Pandora and FaceBook) and the rest were general apps. Unplugged it from the wall and left it alone. During the test I made one three minute phone call, sent and recieved two SMS texts and checked three email accounts every 30 minutes. The battery lasted very close to five hours. Running a 3Gs 32gb 3.1.2. Not the most scientific but was worth getting the info...

this is not working for me, it only keeps three applications running, I cant keep face book or twitter open, even text messaging doesn't work. Maybe I am doing something wrong.

I Can't open Cydia after the update; it crashes all the time. I'm still running 3.0. Anyone having similar issues?

Download backgrounder or the only applications that will run in the background are native apps.

I'm running a 3g. I was starting to feel like the iphone was getting beat by the droid and palm pre phones. Downloading proswitcher has rejuvenated my iphone experience. In love with the iphone again.

Freakin aweasome! I have mine set up to be activated by either 1) a short hold of the home button or 2) holding the status bar.
In conjunction with SBSettings (another jailbreak MUST-HAVE), my iPhone experience is now getting towards where it should have always been!
