Better network, more bandwidth. More users using more bandwidth. Using more now because its available.
End result is the same poor service we know and love.
All they are doing is opening the floodgates for more users to congest the system.
I support this, but it's not solving the ongoing problem. Just letting more people experience it.
Cheers!

Just letting everyone know that I live in cen*cal and had notoriously slow 3g speed. As of 2 weeks ago, 3g is twice as fast!!! I had a feeling AT&T must have fixed something major! Thanks AT&T for this upgrade, but I sure could use a prorated refund for the last 2 years of snail speed internet!

I just want AT&T to bring their 3G coverage to my area....
-
Still surf 90% of the time on wifi can't stand 3g. But can't believe new York is not part of that. But what ever. Wifi all the way!
-
I just got 1896 down/239 up in NYC
-
I just got 2043 down / 232 up with 264 latency in Orlando, FL.
-
At least you people have access to 3g and highspeed internet so you can have wifi at home... I have NEITHER option!
-
its true, improving network, then releasing new iphones, congestion repeating itself..its an endless cycle.
-
Ouch. If you don't have access to Internet at your house you must be pretty rural. In that case you're probably near the bottom of AT&T's list for expanded 3G coverage.
I'm in the same situation, but I do live near enough to a major interstate hi-way so I can still grab the 3G most of the time.
The business model, and I stand by it, is to only put expensive 3G in high density populations and expand out with left over money. There is never left over money. LOL
