well they should have had the cam from day one, Apple dropped the ball and now all everyone talks about when it comes to the iPad is the lack of this and that no one mentions any positives. so unless there gonna release the next generation prior to this generation coming out people are gonna get more mad at apple then they are right now

its a stragety to make us buy the next Gen Ipad aswell as the one that is being sold now. It gets me upset how apple does not create a device with all the features people ask for. first they make an ipad with limited capabilities for people to buy. in a couple months u will see the Next Gen ipad with built in camera and what not, wich will then make you get rid of your old one to get the new one. its all business

I will wait.

I'm going to wait for an iPad with camera, no matter how long it takes (Gen 2, 3, whatever)
REALLY disappointed that it hasn't been included from day 1 - this would be a perfect little Skype tool when I'm out and about... :-(

No camera for chat was a major flaw Apple made on the first. It's was very disppointing. The competitor my beat them to the punch and I will buy.
