Hmmm, next task is to ban Adult material from all Apple products. Should take a couple thousand emails from folks (ALL TYPED IN CAPITAL LETTERS) making their point. After all "numerous complaints" out of a base of millions of users should change policies. (don't forget those Bible/Koran misquotes while your typing in CAPS)

I do however agree that a pop-up asking are you old enough is worse than useless. Proper authentication of the account holders age should be simple to check. However if an adult signs up for the account and gives their 14 year old access (or the phone for good) its on your silly head what they do with it.

I don't care one way or the other about the iPorn apps, but I do question the consistency - apps face review and approval, whereas iTunes songs can contain whatever explicit materials they want.

Number one, iPhones have a block setting in the system settings. Number 2, if you can't trust you're kids to do the right thing then may be they shouldn't have cell phones. Regardless as to whether or not apple sells these apps, you still have girls and boys both "sexting" eachother daily.
Besides that there are numerous free sites that can be visited and viewed from any mobile device with a data connection. -
Personally im glad they are gone. In some areas these apps cluttered the top 50 or whatever list it was ridiculous. Need **** on your iphone? theres safari.
