Yup, Backgrounder, ProSwitcher, and SBSettings for the occasional freeze-up when an SMS msg. comes in. If you put the Memory left display in the status bar, you can easily monitor your open apps and close some when memory gets low. I love the ProSwitcher Palm Pre-like upward swipe to close apps. I hope Apple does something similar in 4.0.

I didnt hear anyone mention Circutous or LastApp, along with Proswitcher, and Multiflow for jailbreak options to the "switching between apps" issue. Just wanted to bring it to your attention so you can check it out. I'm leaving out my opinion on which one is "better" because it boils down to your preference and how you use your phone. On the other hand, to truly run apps simultaneously, requires Backgrounder.
