JB for Iphone 2G and 3G is available now and one thing that will be so annoying is when they release a new JB 3.1.3 for 3GS stating "JAILBREAK FOR NON MC MODEL" which means that iphone users with MC model have to wait for another.... weeks, months, yr??? OMG, hope it wont happen

I wasn't complaining about there not being a hack yet. I totally understand it takes time and I meant I'm waiting patiently, and NOT complaining because I appreciate those who do the work.
My complaint was to this website, because I'm betting there's a large group of people who check the site daily for the 3.1.3 3GS jailbreak headline, and iPhone hacks has put two of those "3.1.3 Jailbreak" headlines up for the older 2G/3G versions, which all are known, aka not new news. So it's almost like a fake excitement stunt to get people worked up/coming here more. -

this is nuts no one has the unlock for the 3.1.3 for the OS wow they i was hearing GeoHot was working on it and now his not WTF is going on here i lost hope with this iphone and everybody who said it will be out soon i **** up by downloading the 3.1.3 and i only had that phone for a week....all hope is lost i think

As of right now Thomas, no. Only if you are upgrading CUSTOM firmware from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3. Out of the box, no it can't be done at this time. Hopefully soon though.
