It looks like Microsoft has removed the Bing iPhone app from International App Stores for some strange reason, however its available in the US.

It's not really Steve's fault, we just updated the post with news of Bing's iPhone app disappearing from International App Stores.

They did this before with Uk Appstore
downloaded a .deb instead and installed via winscp -
The main reason I'd consider Bing is the parental controls. If the kids ever get an iPad, some level of blocking would be appreciated, something that Apple and Google seem to be completely clueless about.
