Awesome. So its good enough that we can see ads but not good enough to see anything that we would actually want to see. I really hope it gets finished, because getting stuck like this would be the worst possible stage. Worse than it not rendering anything.

I use that adobe plugin for android, and even in beta it's nice to feel like you're browsing the regular internet. Once hardware acceleration is enabled it will fix a lot of that drawbacks of having flash enabled on your device. Regardless of your opinion of flash, we can all agree that Apple's decision to exclude flash has nothing to do with consumers and everything to do with their bottom line.

Apple will always do anything they can to block flash because flash is the only real threat to the app store. As long as they keep flash off their devices they can maintain their monopoly on apps!

apple is doing a smart move. flash was never intended for mobile, touch screen phones. i'm speaking concerning online GAMES. i love online games "MINICLIP!!hehe" but how will you control the guy in heli attack 3? by moving the phone with the accelerometer? i dont think so..eeeevery game would have to be reprogrammed to do so, which would be a huge project that nobody would have motivation to do..i dont have a problem with android, i think its great competition for apple, but i do not think that flash will do jack for mobile phones..
