im starting to lean more towards a newer and different phone then the ones we have been seeing in the wild. I doubt steve jobs would allow something this major to be leaked all over the world like this. I am beginning to believe this is for publicity and added hype and that we will get hit with something different then what were expecting

That would be really cool if they released something totally unseen and unexpected, but I highly doubt it. I think what we've seen so far is exactly what we're going to get at WWDC 2010

wouldn't it be really funny if at the keynote they announced that iphone is no more and released and ear ring that had a speaker in it and a filling for your tooth that was a microphone and the os was installed in your brain via the matrix plug

Your response to Matts comment, and Matts comment are a classic.
Next year I expect magazines to have ads with "moving text" go live in the field. We already have watch phones via bluetooth from ericcson. Who knows what 20 years of technology will bring. Where were PCs 20 years ago? My first phone was the size of 2 bricks and no texting but sort of portable.
