Thats what I used to say with my 3G, until I got sick of ATT over-charging me every month. Right asfter I updated to 3.1.3 I decided to cancel my att and go with t-mobile, now i'm stuck with a 3G on my drawer and not being able to use it.

yup works fine i just did my 3g ios 4.0 on pc since my last post
standard red snow prosses.. itunes update. restore to backup in itunes
then redsnow with fw newest 4.0gm file handy to browse to.
click options u want like backgrounds and mulitasking or bootlogos n do hte reset onscreen.. bam ur dun new ios4 jb in 30 minsish -

Will this fix the wifi on my 3g? since last update my wifi wont work it scans for like 2 seconds and dosent pick up any wifi signal of any type also gps cant find me no matter where i am

Dude you can already unlock 3.1.3 on 05.12.01, just jailbreak it using spirit, then in cydia download ultrasn0w

thanks for the reply Downside but ive tried a network reset a restart and a restore to factory settings but nothing seems to get the wifi to search long enough to find a signal, i did have a app called wififofum i think its called and it used to do a constant search and still not pick up my home wifi or any other also the iphone is out of warranty so i cant get a replacement or free fix.
