The app kept giving me an error and/or crashing anyways. It would be pretty ironic buying an iPhone from an iPhone though.

I tell you I was having a hard time this morning at 7:30 Eastern, but i kept trying and refreshing and was able to order 2 so I got lucky. Good luck folks I have a feeling this will be a commodity.

Dont give up. I must have made over 200 attempts starting at 1AM including the app. All failed or so I thought but I just got a conf email :-) i'm sure it was an app attempt as thats the only one that I specified a store. Keep trying & good luck

AT&T is sold out of iPhone 4's for the launch day. However, you can still order of Apple's website if you want delivery on launch day:

Okay so I used the app. And I sign in and everything. My question is do they charge for reservation. Cos it didn't say anything. But when I go to the store I pre order it at it says it's reserve and stuff. But it never said anything about money yet.

I like the part where the app crashes consistently *every* single time I try to plug my phone number, zip and ssn. This is one sweet app!

I tried this around 2:00 pm eastern time and it work great. Got my confirmation email for the reservation minutes after using the app.

I was trying to reserve my i4 all morning long on the Apple & AT&T web sites but couldn't get through time attempt after attempt. Downloaded the Apple Store App & was able to reserve a phone in seconds. It was super fast & easy!
