does the send to ringtone feature only work with certain firmware versions? i send to ringtone and i hear the audio alert i'm assuming indicating it was sent but the song doesn't show up in my list of ringtones. ideas?

Downloaded SongSender - worked beautifully on the first try.

My only 2 suggestions:
1) Wish there was an easier way to scroll through the songs
2) Wish there was a way to edit the songs

I have firmware v1.1.1 and the application seems to work fine. I click on the song, hit "send to ringtones", it gives a confirmation noise, I go to my ringtones, it's there, I set it, but then when I get a call It treats it like the default tone. what can I do?

Re: ringtones not working.

It works for me, but only after I turn off the phone and then back on. Also not all of my songs I set as ringtones will work..but most do!

Hi,

I have a 1.1.2 jailbroken iPhone with latest version of sendsong on it. When I select songs as ringtones they do not work. My phone always uses the default tone instead of my selected one. Any ideas??

Hi All,

I have got an unlocked 1.1.2 iphone with installer on it. When i try and install the sendsong application from 'installer' it says that it requires fireware 1.1.3. How do i go about getting an older version of sendsong that works on 1.1.2.

Any help would be much appreciated

You can send a friend a song with poptoken.com too. It works on an iphone or android or any browser.
