I read on @chpwn twitter that this wasn't suppose to be released to the public and it was only suppose to go out to developers to work on... I guess one of them leaked it, but it's still unfinished and recommends to not install it or uninstall it if you already have it. Engadget messed up.

Yes any .deb file you install shows up in cydia, also you no longer have to use the autoinstall procedure as there is a new version of mobile terminal available for ipad, much quicker and easier.

To the people who are getting the connection refused error... this is because you installed it using Cydia. (I havent found anyone who this actually works with yet)
Uninstall it through cydia, reboot your ipad, and then download the .deb file manually and place it in your
/var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall
Now reboot your ipad twice, and you should be golden.
