I don't get how people still complain about the raid, if it's against the law. The guy from gizmodo new what he was getting himself into when he bought the iphone. People just assume steve jobs is an asshole for going through the proper steps to retrieve the prototype.

Um. If I remember right, he gave it to apple once they wrote the letter confirming they wanted it back. They then continued to seize all his computers.

Serves them right after the way they have handled this situation. Especially after they called out Samsung who provide Apple with parts for their phone.

So funny..
It took me this long to decide to go get an iPhone 4 and try it for myself ..I got one yesterday.
I tried to get the bars to go down by holding the phone from the bottom left corner in a firm grip, it took me about 2 minutes to get it down to one bar..
I have no problem with the proximity sensor.
Sound quality is excellent, haven't dropped one single call yet.
Have to admit though that while at Apple store, I tried every single iPhone on display, they all have the reception issue when you hold them from the bottom left corner...
My phone has a serial number that starts with 88024
So I don't know if I just got lucky or what! -
Just get a case... the reception problem is solved, as is the dropping problem (the latter being more of a widespread problem).
