It has done for me. My iPad never asks for known passkeys now or feels the need to spontaneously re-connect anymore. That was the only WiFi issue I had.

If you have any jailbroken iDevice, NEVER EVER EVERRRRRR update any firmware updates!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
