Deal with it like Apple does? Wow. There is a perfect example of the RDF at work. He admitted he got it wrong? When was that? He said only 0.55% of users experience the issue, while the iPhone 4 only drops one more call out of a hundred then 3Gs and it has a lower return rate than the 3Gs. That to me says there is "no problem." Then shifting the attention to others claiming it's a common problem. Where in all that did he admit that there was a problem and that the bumpers are a temporary fix? You are just delusional. They had more than a year to work on the phone so what excuse could they really have?
