I am in Korea for now and will be heading back to U.S.A and all I can say is yes, I have heard that the iphone 4 may not reach Korea at all. As all phones must be approved by the government, and most of them do get passed quickly, and especially with the antenna issues, it is very likely that it will not reach Korea until next year.

In US : 32GB factory unlocked iPhone 4G = USD 699/-
In Canada : 32GB factory unlocked iPhone 4G = CAD 769/- = USD 747/-
So the US one is the cheapest.
