I could understand wanting to watch tv on your ipad (the screen size is suited to it),but on an iphone, ipod, or ipod touch, why? The screen is so small.
I get that it's nice to have that feature handy, but rarely am i somewhere on the go and have time to watch any program. I guess there's some niche group this would appeal to?

Don't see anything interesting or worthwhile with an iTV. No 1080p is a letdown and don't see much of point for integrating it with the app store. I'm sure the biggest attraction to the app store is games so not sure how it would be possible on an iTV without a controller in which case you might as well buy an Xbox or PS3. I personally find the upcoming Android TV more appealing, mainly because the iOS has losts it's novelty for me and not sure how different it would be on the iTV. Plus I'm sure the iTV would just result in a fragmented app store which I'm sure Apple wants to avoid. Just my opinion
