so apple will rent the iTV boxes, so if they are running ios 4 that means if you jailbreak it, it will be illegal because you are just renting the box from apple, its not yours, sneaky.

Of course no need to rush things, we know all the major exploits have been fixed. If your phone is running slow as a result, well that'd be your problem. Perhaps you may want to consider upgrading to an 4G.

Dont upgrade it if you didnt save your shsh before. If in the future things go wrong and you are force to restore is the only way you have to restore to 4.0.1 and have de ability of jailbreak your phone.
