wow the iPod touch is incredible but a camera that only supports 1 megapixel is truly a downfall.the pics will probably come out crappy as well as the quality of video! but nevertheless it is a step up from the previous-you get a b- minus Steve!!

Wow this is awesome, it's like an iPhone 4 without the phone. I can't believe they left the price the same. I would hate to be a poor sucker that puchased an iPod touch within the last week. That would suck.

Is it really a diff camera than in iPhone4? It has same vid spec's (1280x720) but only "1Mpix" (960x720) instead of "5Mpix"? I guess we need to wait for someone to take it apart to compare for sure. Still good enough for web-only pictures but not really enough to leave your pocket digi cam at home..

its a freaking music player, if you want more, get something commonly known to have cameras. like a cell phone, i hear the iphone 4's camera is pretty good

these features one generation at a time.i currently have the 3rd generation and really enjoying it and will probably just wait until Apple says "Hey guys,here comes the NEW ipodtouch xth gen and it has blah..blah..blah..maybe their camera pixel improves at that time.i LOVE apple products but definitely not the people behind apple. they set limitations as to how you can make most of your precious apple no reason why JaY Freeman (was he the guy?) or Saurik's disciples are counting.i am in!
