According to Apple, it will be streaming the event live on www.apple.com. So you will be able to watch it using iPhone's Safari browser.
But we will confirm shortly.

4.1 was introduced the first thing he started. It will be out next week.

I liked the new ipod touch models, but of course i have the iphone 4, so no plan on getting those.
I especially liked the new design of the ipod nano.
