Wait, where did anyone actually say that it would only be for the iPhone 4? I didn't see any direct reference to this in the article, only theorizing. If no one has actually confirmed that 3G(S) users won't get it, talking about how it may be possible to enable through hacking sort of begs the question.

Dude stay witht he times, GeoHot has given up on the iPhone hack community, he refuses to release anymore hacks.

It should be interesting to see when the next jailbreak will come out. My guess is that Redsn0w will be released for the 3G's and then Comex's hack will be released a few weeks/months later. Can't go wrong with Redsn0w sucks to have a 3GS though :)
