    I you read only a little about this new shAtter exploit that will be used in the greenpois0n jailbreak, you would know that it's a bootrom exploit, meaning that no matter Apple releases a new firmware this exploit could not be patched (it will need a hardware modification, hence this tool would be able to jailbreak all iDevices FOR LIFE!). Therefore, there is no way that the Dev-Team might want to reconsider jailbreaking 4.1 and wait for the next firmware...
