Hey Jared,
After some searching it appears that the hack is indeed available on Installer, have updated the post accordingly.

I tried DOCK and the screen doesn't scroll at all.

Just upgraded to Dock 2.0 and now it does not slide at all. The earlier version was cool yet buggy. The sliding icon bar would sit on top of some screens such as the phone, but it's a nice start to a much needed feature. I am looking forward to use a more refined version. Props to all the coders taking the time to create apps for the iPhone.

New version is available in installer app, and does not scroll.. instrad, there's a little orange glow at the bottom right corner that you hold down, which will then allow all icons to show, then simply click the icon with a second finger and release.
at first the glow looks like my iphone was leaking through the LCD, but after playing with it, it was the new dock program.

It would be great if someone could find a way to install the multiple home page app from iFuntastic using Windows.
It's super slick, too bad only mac users can experience it.
