I have proof of that, I worked for them (just ask for a new line of service, tell em you got the phone on eBay and voilà! -
it doesnt really matter if your unfortunate to let someone steal your iphone that sucks for you personally mine is never more the an arm or pocket away. I also wont be leaving AT&T unlimited data is way too good to pass up. Sucks for the Verizon people because they will release a tiered expensive data plan right before the iPhone launches but people will still get it.
