INSECURE and UNSAFE!
This service requires that you store your important passwords on their server, essentially giving them access to your password. If this is for your school or company wireless network, then you are most likely giving that company the ability to get into your email and hack into the system using your identity. Even if you trust this company not to do that, there's every possibility that somebody could somehow get their list of passwords, without them even knowing it. This company doesn't care all that much, since it's not their systems that would be compromised.
Put another way... if I were your system administrator and I knew you had used this service, that would be the end of your account.
