Apple To Start Shipping iPad 2 By The End Of February 2011?
Foxconn Electronics, the Taiwanese manufacturer of Apple's iPad is apparently readying its plants in Shenzen, China to ship the next generation iPad in the next 100 days.
This is according to Digitimes, which is quoting sources from Taiwan based component makers. The report adds that the initial shipments of the iPad will reach 400,000-600,000 units.

I was waiting whole year for this piece of miracle. Hope will cost the same.

I hope there is a price decrease, it only makes sense.

Is there any hints of if the prices of the iPad2 will be same/similar range as the original iPad?

They are never EVER going to put a USB into an apple mobile device. The dock is as universal ad it gets. As for the retina display, that would just waste too much battery and if it's going to be thinner, it won't work. The front camera is probably going to be in there with face time, but if they are, there will have to be a back camera as well. As for the 3 axis gyroscope, I thought it already had that. Ah well.---------------------If you liked my comment, feel free to follow me on twitter, @OrangeSn0w

I HOPE THE WAIT IS WORTH IT

You might be able to buy an Ipad 1 at a reduced price.

They should never have put it out without at least the front facing camera. Again Apple gets gobs of money for it's beta product and lots more gobs for the 1.0 version.I've been waiting for the camera since day one: no way they're getting my buckos for a crippled product.

I'm so waiting for iPad 2!! If I wasnt aware of the imminent launch I would have bought the iPad 1 for christmas. The price will definitly be the same, as it is almost always the case with Apple products.

I'm really looking forward for this!I wanted to buy an iPad a long time ago, and, after a friend of mine lend me his one for a couple of days, I found it very useful to use at the university (I can put inside slides, documents, notes, etc!).And the browsing experience was simply great...But I've always felt like the first generation of the iPad was "incomplete": I knew I had to wait for the second one, to get a "tested" devices, developed with users' feedback too. This is also what happened with the iPhone!

I hope Apple launches the iPad 2 soon and does not skimp on features which it usually always does.
