I bought an iphone 4 in October and am waiting since more than 2 months now for the unlock. Am too frustrated now to keeping tracking the date for the unlock code to release. Request Sherif Hashim if he can give a tentative date by which the 4.1 unlock would be released, so I can at least set my expectations accordingly or maybe sell off the iPhone (or should I say iPod).

Please give an exact date as to when the unlock is going to be out.Cause first Sherif Hashim gave a promise about xmas and now you are giving a date of 15th Jan hope this is not another rumour else it wont be fair as we are not buying a factory unlocked piece because of your updates..Please give an accurate date.

no date they set ever is right thats always a month or 2 before the actual release and you dont here from them on that set date when its not released they be bull crapping with peoples emotions thanx dev team

Don't hate those extra $100....you will never have to worry about unlocking your iPhone no matter how many times you update and jailbreak the device. I know I have no regrets. :-)

Is there any credible information on the 4.1 unlock as yet, or is the unlock always going to remain a dream? Jan 16th is almost here and the Verizon iPhone has also been announced. What are we waiting for next? :(
