Next Generation iPhone Or CDMA iPhone Casing Leaked?
Folks at Boy Genius Report have stumbled on a YouTube video published by a smartphone parts company called Global Direct Parts, in which they were comparing casing from iPhone 4 and another iPhone model, which they claim could be the CDMA iPhone, which is widely speculated to be offered on Verizon’s network or the fifth generation iPhone that is expected to be launched in June.

I think this is legit. I honestly don't see that much of a difference between this proto and the current 4. As long as we are stuck with AT&T's crappy service It doesn't make much of a difference for me.

First of all cdma is for motherless "f". Second if we look at this logically, this is probably apple's answer to a permanent solution to the antenna gate debate.

There's nothing wrong with the iPhone 4 antenna .. since I dropped my phone as cracked the screen, I am stuck on a non jailbroken phone cause the new one has 4.2 on it and i cant risk being out it crashing and I cant hook up to a computer to tether it. So Im using my wifes Android Samsung Captivate in the meantime until Comex or Geohot releases there untethered jailbreak cause without jalbreaking the phone blows. I drop the exact same amount of calls and all the calls drop in the exact same dead zones. Conclusion: ATT sucks regardless of what phone you have.

ITS OK THESE GUYS WANT TO SHOW OFF THEIR LATEST LEAK BUT I DONT WANT TO KNOW THAT THE NEXT IPHONE COMES WITH A QUERTY KEYBOARD, IT WILL BE THE END OF ME, A LOYAL HANG MEN BY THE AT&T FILTHY 2 YR CONTRACT :P

The sim tray is still on the new case. IPhone will never be on Verizon. The network and company image is plain ugly.

I have a quick question... when they say CDMA new iphone and GSM does this mean that Company's like Nextel will have iPhone with the Walkie Talkie + using the iphone as a phone? Just want to make sure and understand the CDMA thing. Thanx for any clarification.

Everyone blames AT&T for reception in many places. Why don't we go political and blame the hippies and politicians who won't let AT&T expand their network in places like San Francisco.

Who's to say this isn't just an old prototype for the i4 that wasn't destroyed. Somebody may have thought to make a few bucks or get some publicity with it around the time of the i5. It's not like Apple hasn't lost an i4 prototype before...
