Everyone complains about using a phone on AT&T, why not just bite the bullet and pay outright for a fully unlocked phone from Australia, France or even the UK?If the iPhone is truly that desired, you will get what you pay for. Pain free.

Crap! Does that mean the next gen iPad will have 4.3 installed? I've been waiting for the new iPad, but wanted to jailbreak, so I can have it how I want it. As for the AT&T and verizon argument, try being in uk on o2, they suck! I've always got bad signal!

I am sick of all the ATT vs Verizon crap. Yes ATT has some network issues, but they are working on it. Yes CDMA is a more efficient technology, however it does use more power, does not support simultaneous voice and data, and is set to be replaced by LTE. LTE is being worked into phones and will eventually replace CDMA. Making a CDMA iPhone as the technology is going out was done to make Verizon folks happy until an LTE iPhone is released. However all of this is a moot point, you should not get the Verizon iPhone just becuase you hate ATT and vice versa, you should go with the carrier who has the best coverage in the places where you live and travel to. Remember to put your convience (being able to make a call trumps internet speeds, for the most part) first instead of who can do what.

Why you are all looking this Hotspot fonction when you can use Mywi!??!It's not expansive and might be a way better than this new fonction from Apple. It come with more option, more choice and the only thing you need it's a good data plan with you carrier.../Jailbreak

Unfortunately, I disagree with the very first poster here. 1. Sure Verizon may be better, but CDMA is getting old. 2. iphone on the verizon will still be on 3G and can't do Voice calling and browsing at the same time. Which, for some they don't mind but for some they do. This is one of the needed feature that I need. Here is the reason. In case if my friend calls and tells me to go on this site, sure they can just text me but I also prefer them telling me by voice.3. iphone for AT&T can do voice calls and browsing at the same time as this is the sole feature of the smartphone as well, that you are able to voice call and browse and do other thing at the same time. Verizon iphone, you have to hang up and then browse. Pretty pointless for Verizon to have an iphone.
