Yes, I agree with you there. I think the fault of this is due to eager reporters from websites like this. If you actually go on the dev team website, they update it very very rarely but usually only when an official ( not beta update ) is released. Iphone hacks and redmond pie etc, they all love rumors, I cant quite understand why all the bullshit but maybe if i understood how ads work and how viewers = profit maybe, until then i'll just complain and be pissed

At least come back with a uniform response that can be a productive debate, not name calling. I think it's completely fair to be upset that we keep being told rumor **** as true and keep waiting and waiting and waiting. This is not so much the fault of the developers as much as the websites who post this **** constantly. Although, I know comex has stated several release dates to no avail, theres nothing wrong with being upset when someone tells you one thing and lets you down

WOW, this being my fav iphone hack site, its truely sad how the replys have become what they are. not so long ago there was excitement and decent amount of positive post, always there was a few knuckle heads that yapped thier jaws, but was easily ignored. Now all i read is bitching and complaining. dont get me wrong i need this JB to be out all ready too, and am tired of hearing soon, soon, soon...... BUT im even more tired of reading the same bitching over and over agian. Just sux, its become like this here..........

I upgraded my iPhone as soon as I got it too 4.2 since i heard there was a jailbreak coming and I wanted to have the find my iPhone feature, I'm regretting that now, since I seems that I might need 4.1 shsh blobs. I hope that they are just waiting for 4.3 or 4.2.5 wich may come out when the Verizon iphone comes out.

I don't think they will be release soon? I think after ios 4.3 release then they will be release Untethered os 4.2.1 windows will be used. I am so tired to waiting that????

I'm not taking sides here, and I am aware that my comment be a bit late, but the argument for both sides are right. Dont give dates and get peoples hopes up, this happens quite often. And at the same time, it takes time and effort making these jailbreaking and unlocking tools for the public for free, so some type of appreciation here would be nice, nobody likes working for free. If the cat and mouse game between the hackers and apple is too much for you, get a blackberry :) But as most people know by now, once you use an iphone, everything else seems like a third world country.
