Apple Finally Launches iPad In India
Apple has tied up with Indian government run mobile operator, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) to launch the iPad in the country. The iPad comes to India nine months after it was launched in the US.
Starting January 28, users in India will be able to buy the iPad from an Apple retailer.

Thanks for the post. It simply shows how innovative and high tech our world nowadays. It’s good to hear that Apple is now launching an iPad here in India. I love to catch one of it. I would have to inform my friends about it. For sure they will love it as well.

crazy ppl.. its really disappointing dat apple launch there product so later den the actual US launch.. Now y would i buy dis ipad, whr ipad 2 is going to b launched v.soon.. sure ipad 2 is also going to b available in indian grey market almost d next day of us launch.. dont know how but it will.. so no to dis.. waiting for ipad 2 now...

Considering the rumors about ipad2 , i guess its little late for Apple to launch ipad in India now. But then again it’s never too late. Wish customers genuinely interested in buying one would rejoice on this news... also I guess with the Adam now available it would be interesting to see how the Ipad sales would be.... Have to wait and watch....
