Ryan Petrich, developer of popular jailbreak apps such as ProSwitcher, Rotation Inhibitor, Clippy etc has recently released another tweak called DeepEnd.
The jailbreak app gives the iPhone homescreen a cool 3D-like effect by moving the iPhone’s wallpaper based on its orientation.
According to the description provided in Cydia:
A simple tweak that shifts the wallpaper based on the device orientation

Damn imagin if apple gave the ipad2 high definition display that's way better than the current pad. With this tweak it would look sexy but could strean some peoples eyes!

People still use these? Seriously $200 isn't really that hard to come by. Don't have a phone that's 4+ years old and **** about stuff not working on it.

Sounds great! Not so great once installed though. Played with a few backgrounds, decided to remove it.

yo ...i have installed it ....but it's not working whatsoever !.....pls notice that i had winterbroad, bosspaper, barrel, graviboard....all this kind of thingy isntalled ....and worked very well!!i m wondering does this amazing tweak work well with other theme changing tweak i mentioned above ?!or it have to be 4.2.1 ? ...i still stack with 4.1 coz i wait for that long-waited untether "stable" jb to b release ....

dam ....just a thought.... if this tweak could use live feed from the back side camra to be a "live" and "orientatied" wallpaper....the effect would be even amazier...(pardon my english)....it will be look like the home is tranparent with all the icon !!! .....haha ....

tried it...pretty meh IMO. All it appeared to do was move the background wallpaper around a little when you moved the phone and it did not look very 3D at all. Maybe it depends on the type of wallpaper you are using but in my case it was profoundly uninteresting.
