Apple May Use Samsung's Super PLS Display Technology In Next Generation iPad

The Korea Herald reports that Samsung may supply LCD screens for the next generation iPad.

It goes on to add that Apple may use Samsung’s Super Plane to Line (PLS) technology that was unveiled in November 2010 in the second generation iPad.

If this was true isn't it a bit late for this I figure iPad 2 is already in the production phase considering the 1 year refresh is coming up pretty soon. And not something that is gonna be released later this year
