Apple’s Phil Schiller Confirms White iPhone Will Be Available This Spring
It looks like white iPhone 4 will definitely be released this Spring and won't be scrapped as it was widely speculated. Back in October 2010, Apple had delayed the launch of the white iPhone 4 until Spring 2011.
Apple Senior Vice President of Marketing, Phil Schiller has just confirmed that white iPhone will be available this spring and he believes “it is a beauty”.
Few hours back Phil Schiller revealed this while responding to a follower:

iPhone is just a name I've learned. Own one for 4 years now and they never back up their word. Will not be upgrading again but buying something different next time. Apple has fallen way below their Fortune 500 status, to almost zero

I already have a white iphone 4. I converted it fro black my self. But when it does come out in the splring I think I'll get a real white one and sell mine or use it as a business line or something who knows. I've seen some blue and red conversions too.

I got the white 3GS 32gb and I'm waiting for the iPhone 4 so it can match with my white ipad2 teeheehee... the white just looks more exclusive it looks like your got something no one else has its captivating really eye catching.... I can't wait...

I'm not sure this information is reliable. Anyway it would be fairly reasonable marketing decision if they release white iPhone now. There is still some hype about it and there is no reason not to use it. Apple could put some freshness into iPhone 4 until iPhone 5 is released.

Could also be a sign that iPhone 5 won't be out in June/July as expected. I do believe it will also come with a new reduced price... 16GB for $99 32GB for $199. I don't see Apple changing the price range for iPhone 5.. expect $199 again for 16GB or 32GB.. I'll be hoping for a 64GB or larger.
