Apple Releases iOS 4.3.1 For iPhone, iPad And iPod Touch
As rumored, Apple has just released iOS 4.3.1 for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.
According to the release notes, iOS 4.3.1 brings several minor fixes and improvements to iOS devices.
Here’s the list of fixes and improvements in iOS 4.3.1:
- Fixes an occasional graphics glitch on iPod touch (4th generation)
- Resolves bugs related to activating and connecting to some cellular networks
- Fixes image flicker when using Apple Digital AV Adapter with some TVs

I guess they didn't feel the battery drain issue related to ping was a big enough issue to fix..Disabling ping makes a noticable difference in battery life .. fyi

It's not mentioned in the release notes so need to wait and see based on reader feedback. Let us know if it has improved battery life.

No, just you. Seriously, why do people upgrade their phones and then have to wait months for an unlock? or buy a phone that has not been unlocked yet?

because they dont care about the jailbreak....and seriously.. musclenerd its only saying " we will release the unlock after ios 4.3 is out" and look now..now the 4.3.1 is out and the unlock its not out yet.how bout the jailbreak..they say the same thing...wtf its going on....it is true that apple paid those guys a really amount of money to stop releasing jailbreaking softwares???

I don't know about most, but I only jailbreak for a few things. Winterboard, sb settings, and full force. Sometimes the updates have features that are worth more to me than a couple of themes, so I update and have to wait. But I'm patient, not like these @$$holes that lose their jailbreak then **** an cry about how long it's taking to rejailbreak. If you can't wait don't update!!!

You all need to hold your shorts on unless you know how to creat jailbreaking and unlocking tools. And if not shut the heck up cause there doing it for basically free.

When u buy iPhones in Europe they are unlocked.. But you can still update them with iTunes and not worry about the phone being locked... What's the difference with the unlock??

to Mac, NOT all europian iphons are lock free..only england, belgium, and swiss.there a lot of iphone ouners who do need J/B and U/L. there few unsolved issus, GPS on 3GS 06.15.00... buttery drain.. safari going slow on 4.3..all the yanker and wankers, please remember DEV TEAM and rest of the jailbreakers community are doing it for free!! unfortunatly people forget it. as I'm Crazy said..You all need to hold your shorts on unless you know how to creat jailbreaking and unlocking tools. only stupid blockheads will buy an iPhone hoping for an unlock. you got your heads screwed the wrong way around demanding for a free unlock. i hope when the unlock is finally out you brick your iPhones. in the meantime go learn some programming and unlock it yourself or buy an android phone.

THe app store app that runs in the background seems to use a lot of battery because the connection is open all the time. Signing out could help. ANd Ping ofcourse.

If apple pay those guys not to release jailbreak or unlock software, I think it would be a good thing because people is gonna get tired of them and new guys can come in to play, and finally get rid of the incompent guys and if they wanna come back, nobody is gonna want them for their unreliability...
