Cydia 1.1 Released: Slimmer, Faster And More Stable
Jay Freeman aka Saurik, developer of Cydia - – the unofficial App Store for jailbreak apps has just released Cydia 1.1, which is faster, slimmer and more stable. It also includes improved search algorithm and will allow users to resume from where they left off.
Saurik had recently improved the performance of Cydia by switching to the new "CDN->ELB" stack.

Ok I just managed to install it. Just open cydia and wait until it fully downloads everything it self. simple

Where the hell is the freakin UNLOCK, been promising for ages now...is apple really paying them??? they did the same thing last year and came out with a unlock for 3gs 2-3 months before the launch of iphone4!!!

mine froze and threw up a few error msgs near the end. but it seems to work fine.3gs 4.1

After I installed Cydia 1.1, my **** icon disappeared. I try to reinstall it, I got the following error message: "I wasn't able to locate file for the us.hackulo.appsync40plus package. This might mean you need to manually fix this package." Please help.

Check your sources and make sure you have hackulo listed there, then scrow through packages and tap on **** and choose reinstall. Or remove then install again.

Sooo i tried to update, it crashed, reboot my phone and it gave me an error screen i have never seen before. Long story short I now have an unjailbroken 4.3.1 iphone... fml

I have a iphone 3Gs 32GB ios 4.2.1 jailbroke and unlocked. Installed the new cydia and now my email won't open. (crashes)

my iphone4 4.2.1 updated to cydia 1.1 everything works fine but the xsellize source stop working ... tried to add on cydia again but failed .... please help

Does the speed,stability and new UI of cydia1.1 comparable to the ROCK's UI and speed?

I also have the same issue with xsellize as apple hater and also getting same error as dantheman when i try to install any package reguardless of the source. NOT a seemless upgrade!

works great and works really fast specially the portion where it installs the gadgets, nice looking also and not forget to mention got rid of those freaky loading msgs every one out there upgrade your cydia

I have the same problem as Dantheman... "I wasn’t able to locate file for the com.macosmovil.icons package. This might mean you need to manually fix this package."But in my case, rebooting did not solve the problem. And the source is listed there. Help!

UPDATE: Nvm, did a respring, and it works now :D. Yup, definitely loads faster, used less RAM and hasn't crashed yet or anything :D, I love it
