When this is released, can anybody foresee the possible steps to perform the jb? I'm already on 4.3.1, so I shouldn't have to worry about the signature (error 3194) issue, should I?

If you are in the US, there may be. I am on 4.0.1, and had strange voicemail problem. Turns out AT&T knows about it, it got fixed in 4.2 I think. But the guy there -- who actually seemed knowledgeable about JB, and had worked on the voicemail issue -- said that 4.3 or 4.3.1 improved the iPhone interaction with the AT&T network. He knew I am waiting to JB, he did not urge me to update, he just told me that when I did, it should have better performance. For sure, Apple does NOT list every feature of every update.
