MT Gestures: Jailbreak App Brings Multitouch Gestures To iPhone, iPad And iPod Touch
Apple introduced four and five finger multitouch gestures for iPad in iOS 4.3 beta 1 to developers of iOS developer program but had clarified that they won’t be enabled for users.
Apple provided a preview of the multi-touch gestures to developers in iOS 4.3 beta to gather input on how these gestures work with their apps.
This is how the four and five finger multitouch gestures work:
* Pinch to Home screen
* Swipe up to reveal multitasking bar
* Swipe left or right between apps

Lost ScrollingBoard functionality after installing MT Gestures. I can't get Winterboard installed after updating to 4.3.1 without crashing, so I installed the non WB version..

Cool, it works. Had to though go to settings and disable and then enable for it to start working.

Installed from Cydia & then selected in Winterboard, but isn't showing up in my Settings > General. Anyone experience & have a fix for this?

I've had this capability since the first day I bought my iPad 2. I just downloaded Xcode for 4.99 on the Mac app store. Works awesome on the iPad 2 not sure how well it would work on the small screen of the iPhone though.

if u jailbreak with snowbreez u will automatically have this option in the setting.

Finally figured it out, but it is quite inconvenient on an iPhone. If it didn't require four fingers then it would be a lot easier.

perefctly said .. who cares for JB there are already many .. no news for last 15 days for Unlock or the NCK method which they published on 10th march 2011 ......... its clear now apple ask them to not release the unlock till iphone 5.........

unlocking requires a jailbreak because it requires the need to run unsigned code. so jailbreak is the first priority of the dev team

Hi,It also not working on my iphone 4 IOS 4.3.1 !From Winterboard i enable the theme "iPhone",1_4.3.1_Gestures" and from Settings > General –> the option "Multitouch gestures" is not showing at it should. I restart the iPhone wihtout luck. I disable and renable the theme with also no luck.Any ideas ?Thanks ;-)

you need to install the tweak that is called MT Gestures WB... i had to manual add the repo http://iphone.gsm.vn/ as the wrong one shows up in changes automatically.... once u add that repo install the tweak and select it in winterboard...works perfectly. its not that awkward on the iphone

Thank you Joe, it's works now !!!Since I had many goods sources in cydia I didn't install the "http://iphone.gsm.vn/" repo. I simply downloaded from somewhere else. So I remove "MT Gestures" v1.1 and I install the repo "http://iphone.gsm.vn/", from here I made a new search and I was able to find the right tweak "MT Gestures (WB)" v1.01 with a red icon.From winterboard I found this time "iPhone4, 4.3.1 Gestures" and I enabled it.From Settings > General –> the option “Multitouch gestures” is present. I switch it OFF and back ON. And now it is working with the 4 fingers. I have an iPhone 4, IOS 4.3.1, Jailbreak with redsn0w_win_0.9.6rc9.Thank Joe and everyone else fo the very good job.See you soon ;-)

That's why I already had it. I could not figure out why the need for a JB app when it already comes with iOS 4.3.1. But it doesn't. It's just cause I JBed with Snowbreez. Now I understand.

Kind of dumb on the i4, would be cool on ipad though.And for all those desperate for an unlock, I know where you can get a factory unlock for ATT USA iphone 4, any baseband. Got it done yesterday, expensive but works.
