iOS 4.3.2 To Fix iPad 2 Connectivity & FaceTime Issues
Last week, Boy Genius Report had revealed that Apple is planning to release iOS 4.3.2 in the next two weeks, which will include few enhancements, address security issues and fix several bugs.
Their source has provided them some more details about what to expect in iOS 4.3.2 and they’ve also got hold of the iOS 4.3.2 firmware file, which they’re currently testing.

I can't say I've experienced either of those issues, however when using the camera, I occasionally see strange effects. For example, really bright objects look pink or black instead of the color they are supposed to be. Seems to affect both cameras.

I really think apple just puts little things here and there in the major releases so they can have a reason to push updates to patch jailbreaks coverty
