White iPhone 4 Appears In Verizon's Inventory, Launch Imminent
The launch of the white iPhone 4 finally seems to be imminent after a long delay of 10 months.
9 to 5 Mac reports that the white iPhone 4 has showed up in Verizon’s inventory. It was only yesterday we reported that Apple had again confirmed that the white iPhone 4 will definitely released in Spring.

Why would you buy any color iPhone now with the next version maybe 2-3 months out? Yes I know, smart ass, no one knows for sure when the new version will be released but I suspect many at this point will wait this version out.

It's about time! I've been waiting for Apple to make the move to Verizon for what seems like an eternity. AT&T coverage where I live is horrible. This will be good news for other manufacturers as well - when it comes to phones, competition always causes big price drops. Let the smartphone wars begin (again).

I think Apple is having supply issues due to the recent Tsunami in Japan and has decided to hold the public’s attention by releasing the iPhone 4 in white. I believe that the iPhone 5 will come out this fall in time for the holiday sales blitzes. I would wait for the new iPhone 5. Maybe a new iOS could tide us over though?
