That is if you don't care about GPS going on the fritz. The only time I'll go up to 6.15 is to be able to drop back to 5.13 on the 3gs.

if u wanna unlock den u wil have to shift to the ipad BB i.e.: 06.15.00u can do so through sn0wbreeze using expert modealso i've heard people facing GPS problem after upgrading to 06.15.00, but i havnt faced dat problem even i'm using a 3GSbut dis i believe is the only solution to unlock 3GS once u've updated ur BB to 5.14.02

i got the same problem... i4 4.3.2 01.59.00 using snowbreeze... installed ultrasnow and it only shows 1 bar.

3GS old bootrommodem firmware 05.12.01installed 4.3.2 with snowbreezeunlocked with ultrasnow + ultrasnow fixIOS 4+ does not run as smooth as IOS 3.1.3 on my 3GS

I'm not sure. but it doesn't hurt to try. I'm have not update to that version yet.My suggestion is, no need to keep upgrading just because Apple has a new version. Only upgrade when the Apps aren't compatible to your phone's version in the future. which does last a long time. I'm still on version 4.0 and it's still works great. why change when it's not broken right?Good luck, hope it works.

use Redsn0w 09.6b5 to jailbreak. while going through the process, click box “ipad baseband”, that’ll upgrade your 05.14.02 to baseband 06.15.00. then ultrasn0w will unlock it. Good luck

3Gs-BB 05.12.01. I had it on 4.3.1 (thru snowbreeze 2.5.1) and it worked smooth. I did the 4.3.2 and it is freezing a lot. I will try to restore one more time with 4.3.2 and see if it works better.

the phone works good until i install ultrasnow 1.2 and it starts freezing.. ultrasnow 1.1 (from LeiMobile's repo) doesnot freeze the phone. but the phone doesnot get any signals on T-Mobile.

Thank you very much about your replaying.I did a mistake when I use snowbreez to make a JB,without pay a tintion for reserving the B.B option...I use the simple mode and upgrade the firmware to 4.3.1 and the B.B to 5.16.02.Thank's again my friend.

Ive done everything as instructed then after I did the shift+restore when it was all done my phone came up as nit having a valid sim and is stuck in recovery mode. I used ireb and I staid that I have 4.3.2 and my phone is unlockable and that I still have BB 1.59.00. Tried shift+restore again and now I'm getting error 21 not sure whatbto do now.

Error 21^ Custom firmware restore fail (PwnageTool since 4.1). You have to put your device into the DFU mode and not into recovery mode. Device won't boot correctly an stuck at the Apple logo after the error. Press and hold power and home button until it reboots.

Actually I have 4.2.1 custom fw. on my iPhone 3G made with sn0wbreeze and works fine. Thinking whether I should get 4.3.
